Manchester has plenty of outdoor activities on offer including 4×4 off-road driving, clay pigeon shooting, go karting and much more.

Manchester is a swaggering city with some serious credentials dating back to the Industrial Revolution. Not least of these is its contribution to music. It’s the birthplace of a raft of big name bands like Oasis, The Stone Roses, The Smiths, The Chemical Brothers, New Order and Happy Mondays to name but a few – “You’re twisting my melon man. Call the cops.”

As home to the pioneering Haçienda club, Manchester’s night-life is legendary. The Hacienda is long gone now but don’t worry – there are more stylish bars and clubs than you could ever squeeze into one weekend.

Try and include some time exploring the city on your Stag weekend. It’s full of wonderful architecture and, with shops like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols opening their doors here, it’s also a great destination for shopping. All this, along with the obvious sporting attractions make this a Stag destination that’s hard to beat.
