When you’re ready to hit the town on your hen night and want to kick the evening off with a relatively light meal, Japanese cuisine is just the ticket.

A great way to start your meal is to share a plate of sushi and, if you’re daring enough (remember this is a hen do, so dares are allowed) try some sashimi – okay so it’s raw fish but you won’t know how tasty it is unless you try. Tempura is also a great tasting dish – seafood or vegetables gently fried in a light batter. Add some udon noodles for a little bulk and you have a fantastic meal.
