Top 10 Hen weekend activities

   Pole dancing lessons - even celebrities like Kate Moss, Lindsey Lohan and The Spice Girls have had pole dancing lessons at one time or another. It's one of the best Hen weekend activities around and a seriously good laugh.
2. Cocktail classes - Slow Comfortable Screw Against the Wall With a Kiss? Sex On the Beach? Learn the art of cocktail making with lessons from professional mixologists.
3. Pampering - go on, treat yourselves to a luxury weekend. You're worth it!
4. Quad bikes - these little off-roaders are fantastic fun and will go almost anywhere you point them. Ride through fields, over streams and along woodland tracks. You'll quickly become addicted.
5. Zorbing (or Sphering) - climb into a giant PVC ball and get pushed down a hill. Sounds crazy and it is! This is the latest craze from New Zealand, the land of bungee jumping and other weird outdoor activities. Beware, Zorbing can be cancelled if wind speeds are higher than about 15mph so make sure you have a backup plan.

6. Dance classes - how about some high kicking Can-Can lessons? Or maybe sexy Salsa? Belly Dancing anyone? We can already hear the uncontrollable giggling.
7. Horse riding - get away from the hustle and bustle on your Hen weekend and enjoy a peaceful day out with the sights and sounds of the countryside.
8. Surfing - ah yes - sand, sea and surfing. You don't have to go abroad to find great surfing beaches. Devon and Cornwall have world class waves and there are plenty of surf schools for those of us who are a bit clueless.
9. Make your own pop video - create a pop video with your best friends. Pick a song, wear the right outfits and accessories and let the professionals do the rest.

10. White water rafting - a wet and wild experience of a lifetime. Bounce off boulders and crash through the waves. This is better than any rollercoaster ride and will give you plenty to talk about on the Hen night.
11. Cheerleading experience - work with a professional choreographer to create your own routine full of high energy star jumps, tumbles and general pom pom shaking.
