Formerly a bit of a trouble spot, Belfast has risen from the ashes to become a buzzing party town. You can be sure of a friendly welcome and a healthy thirst for a drink or two, but that's not all this lively city has to offer.
A third of Northern Ireland's population live in the metropolis and the city and river front have undergone a huge amount of regeneration to become chic and pedestrianised.
If you're looking for nightlife though, it's the city centre and Golden Mile you're after - where big nightclubs jostle with traditional pubs and you can find everything from funky house to Irish jigs. No, really! The atmospheric Cathedral Quarter is another great area for clubbing till you drop.
80,000 revellers hit these streets on a Saturday night, so there's plenty of eye candy to keep you and your fellow Hens fully occupied! It's also a lot cheaper than its sister Dublin, making it a great budget Hen weekend destination.
After all that partying you'll be feeling a little jaded, but there's plenty to perk you up in Belfast. Enjoy some relaxing spa treatments before a spot of sightseeing. Don't forget to take in the spectacular cathedral and the perilously tilting Albert Memorial Clock Tower. All in all, Belfast's a great place to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the Craic. Simply unmissable!
